Salon & Spa Policies
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment for any cancellations. Failure to meet this deadline will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service to the credit card on file, or added to your next appointment if no card is stored.
No-Show Appointments
Clients who miss their appointment without any prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment to the credit card on file. If no card is on file, an invoice will be issued and full payment is required before rebooking.
Children & Extra Guests
For the safety of all clients and staff, Bellamane Salon is a child-free environment as a liability precaution. Adults accompanying children must keep them in the reception area except during their own appointments. We encourage rescheduling if childcare cannot be arranged.
Personal Items
Bellamane Salon is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items. Please keep valuables secure during your visit.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded for unused balances, and are restricted to the stylist specified on the voucher.
Right to Refuse Service
Our staff reserves the right to refuse service to any client behaving improperly, intoxicated, or if their state of health may influence the effects of their service. Clients who are sick are asked to reschedule or may be asked to leave upon arrival.
